Projected as an abode for ‘discovering a new rhythm to life’, Bengal Shrachi’s Greenwood Sonata is designed by Singapore based architect Mr. Stephen Coates and resident architect Maniramka & Associates. It will have 7 buildings with a total of 498 residential apartments. The housing units have been segregated into different categories catering to high income levels of the buyer and in adherence to the cross – subsidy norm as laid down by the Government of West Bengal. The project, which will have a trendy and international look from both inside and outside, is expected to complete soon.
